3. THE INFRASTRUCTURE (How We Operate)
The Headquarters (Germany): Located in Oberhausen, our GmbH serves as your legal and financial contracting partner. You sign a German contract, pay to German bank account, and enjoy the security of German commercial law.
The Factory (International): Our wholly-owned production lines specialize in heavyweight knits (300-400 GSM) and complex customization. We control the entire lifecycle—from knitting the fabric to the final stitch.
4. THE "ALL-IN" VALUE PROPOSITION
We have eliminated the complexity of international trade for you.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We act as the importer of record. You never deal with customs, freight forwarders, or import taxes.
One Fixed Price: The price you see includes the garment, customization, international shipping, duties, and VAT.
Doorstep Delivery: We deliver the finished goods from our warehouse directly to your doorstep in Germany.
